Thanks for honoring my request! My easy leg will be a feat in itself for me with the training. I think the longest I have ever run is 40 min. so two hours is going to KILL me!
I agree Lori that finding time to do it with the kids has been really hard. Some days I fail miserably but you all inspire me so I will keep pluggin' on.
I am excited for you guys! I wish I was running!! I will be cheering hard though! :)
I like my legs, mostly moderate with a short warm up at the beginning and a little more than 1/2 marathon length. I think with where I am physically (recently having my C-section) that will be challenging and yet doable. I am sad that I will not be with Jared, but the only person I do not know in the other van is Sandi and I'm sure she's wonderful just like the rest of you!
About the training with kids. I only have a little 3 month old baby, but I go to the gym around 5 or 6 a.m. (depending on the milage I need to run). This is on purpose before she wakes up. I don't know if that is possible for you other moms or dads. It's just a thought. It works for me.
Thank you Daniel for everything! I'm getting excited!!!
Thanks for having such a great attitude Celestial, your a real strength to the team.
Celestial Starr, I love your name. Sorry, I guess I should introduce myself. Lynne and my mom are identical twins, so I am a cousin. Looks like you are doing great with your training, especially after having a baby! I'm excited to meet you and the others I don't know and to see my cousins again. I haven't seen most of them for about 5 years!
By the way Steven, congrats!!
Thanks Sandi, I am super excited! And I am looking forward to seeing you again as well.

I am really trying hard to be good about Daniel playing favorites but I just can't let this one slide. I always new you were afraid of David but do you really think giving him the easiest part of the race was a good idea? I mean really.. him being the alpha male and all that just insults his character. You really should consider trading us so that he doesn't pummel you so hard you will be lucky to complete the race on bloodied stumps dragging your slimy and stench filled gory entrails as a one eyed left over vomitized sack of poo.
Wow!! that was an excellent rant, 1st place so far. and because it was so good I have granted your request. Hope you enjoy the new legs David!!
